I really enjoyed presenting to the Broward County Bar's Association of Matrimonial Lawyers Luncheon in Fort Lauderdale on February 6, 2018.I presented to the Fort Lauderdale group about the surrogacy and egg donation process, typical provisions in a surrogacy and egg donor contract, as well as incorporating my own personal experience with surrogacy. I also discussed how surrogacy law impacts other legal practice areas such as family law, trust and estates, international law and personal injury law.
