Family Source Consultants (“FSC”) is a leading international surrogacy and egg donation agency. They offer a range of services to help individuals and couples build their families through third-party reproduction. The main offices are located in Illinois and Florida and FSC assists intended parents around the world and locates surrogates and egg donors across the United States.
On the show, we interviewed FSC’s CEO and Founder, Staci Swiderski. With over 15 years of experience in third-party reproduction, Staci has been a prominent figure in the field of reproductive medicine. Staci's journey into this field is deeply personal. She is a former intended mother who welcomed her son via gestational surrogacy in 2005. Additionally, she has been an egg donor twice, helping other families achieve their dreams of parenthood. Her personal experiences have fueled her passion and commitment to helping others build their families.
Family Source locates surrogates from around the United States in surrogacy friendly locations (examples of surrogacy friendly states include Florida, New York, New Jersey, California, and Illinos), and we discussed on the show how FSC is now a New York licensed surrogacy agency that is required by New York surrogacy laws, therefore FSC can provide matching services for surrogacy in New York.
Family Source offers some of the following services pertaining to surrogacy and egg donation:
1. Gestational Surrogacy: They match intended parents with gestational surrogates and facilitate the entire surrogacy process, ensuring all legal, medical, and emotional aspects are managed smoothly
2. Egg Donation: They assist with matching intended parents with egg donors and handle all aspects of the egg donation process
3. Comprehensive Support: They provide support and guidance throughout the surrogacy and egg donation journeys, including legal, medical, and psychological support. FSC also offers webinars, blogs, internal surrogacy support groups and lots of educational opportunities.
4. International Coordination: They work with clients from around the world, offering services in multiple languages to accommodate international intended parents
5. Consultations: They offer free consultations to help prospective parents understand the process and decide if surrogacy or egg donation is right for them
